You are 10 minutes late without notifying us. – After 30 minutes we don’t get a response from you when a reminder is sent to you (via call, SMS & WhatsApp) before your APPOINTMENT DAY & TIME. – You are unreachable (via mail, call, sms & WhatsApp) Consultations are for Wedding dress only. Consultations may be held physically or via a WhatsApp video call with our Creative Lead. – Kindly be informed that we only offer a small number of in-store appointments, we advise that you choose your friends and loved ones carefully as there is a limit of 2 people. NB: consultation fee is Non-refundable and Non transferable but they are only deducted from your final total (applicable for both physical and Virtual consultation)
